30 oct. 2026The caravan is in a good central location on the park which leads to a lane and steep hill walk to the coast. There is no public transport at the park so this walk is required to get the bus into Newquay. The caravan is ageing but perfectly functional and clean. Good shower/heating/hot water/wifi. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. Plenty of linen and towels. My only issue was the trees surrounding the van. They lean/stroke/hit the van in the wind which is very disturbing. The guttering needs cleaning too. Granted, the weather was bad for our stay but this is something that could easily be dealt with. Overall, the price I paid was good and reflective in my expectations and feedback. Thank you
