The staff was very friendly, they forgot to give us blankets and we run out of toilet paper. Food was available, coffee was tasty. This property is facing this beautiful cathedral, what makes it really special. Few restaurants nearby.

For me I enjoyed being close to the church. Love seeing the history out of my room. The room is basic; it worked but wished it had a table to get our things organized. I liked the rolling closet you can dry your clothes there. Share the bathroom with one other guest. Sharing a bathroom was interesting because you needed to keep in mind that you did not use all the hot water. Reminded me of the shower’s we had in Mexico. It worked for me in The Camino.

We had a booking here since May (for Sept) for a twin room. Turning up, we were told that they don't have a room for us. They instead sent us to another albergue which was much older where we were given a room with bunks and a shared bathroom down the hall with barely warm water. We were told the reason was that they no longer use Expedia but somehow I was still able to book. It was obvious I was not the only person this has happened to, but they took no responsibility for the issue (like calling Expedia themselves and making sure any bookings were cancelled or transferred or contacted????), besides finding less than adequate alternative where we had a terrible night sleep. After a number of conversations they finally provide a free breakfast the next morning at their cafe for our troubles. Although it still wasn't worth the hassle or stress, or bad night asleep. .

La habitación estaba bien, limpia, pero no había armarios ni colgadores para la ropa. El personal fue muy amable. Esta justo al lado de la iglesia aunque no se puede aparcar hay un parking público gratuito muy cerca. Wifi correcto.

La ubicación es excepcional con vistas a la iglesia del pueblo. Los colchones muy cómodos y muy limpio. Lo unico que cuando reservé ponía baño privado y estaba fuera de la habitación. A destacar la limpieza y la facilidad para todo.

HABITACIÓN SUCIA, CON RESTOS ORGÁNICOS DE OTROS!!!

PRO: Fueron muy amables en el trato y nos esperaron a pesar de llegar tarde. CONTRA: No nos limpiaron la habitación, sólo hicieron 2 camas y pusieron ambientador. Me explico: El wc tenía restos de heces y orina. Limpié como pude la tapa y salió marrón. Estaba todo sin barrer, lleno de miquitas. En la puerta del baño, además, había pelos largos y dentro del plato de ducha había pelos de la zona íntima e insectos muertos. Las toallas estaban llenas de manchas y aunque olían a haber sido lavadas, una vez mojadas, olían a húmedo. Finalmente, sólo había ropa de cama y toalla para 2 personas cuando éramos 3. En resumen, me sabe mal escribir esta reseña, pero pasé una noche muy incómoda, preguntándome si al menos habrían cambiado las sábanas. No entiendo los otros comentarios que leí sobre la higiene. Soy consciente de que es un albergue, pero justo veníamos de otro en León y, aunque era más austero, estaba impecable. Por cierto, no me quejé ni hice fotos porque era muy tarde y nos íbamos muy pronto. Sólo queríamos descansar.
