Jun 15, 2025We were in town for a horse show. Rented a double bed room. The room is really nice. Looks newly renovated. Very spacious. Has a two burner stove. Refrigerator. Microwave. Large tv. Large walk in closet. Nice spacious shower. And most of all the price was reasonable

Oct 11, 2026this is a get what ya pay for hotel and I truly mean this. their is a reason why its 2 stars and its not because people like to complain if I was spending more time then I did in the room. I would have just left and got another room somewhere else. if you want to lay your head somewhere for a couple hours then this is great. I would suggest leaving your bags in the car cause the crunchy creepy crawlies (roaches) might join you on your way home and the bathroom door did not shut without falling apart so be ready to poop with the whole room watching.

Oct 18, 2026Thankfully it was just an overnight stay. Checking in was pleasant, and honestly it didn't seem to have rent by the hour guest either. The room, on the other hand, was different. The floors had hair and dirt everywhere (wear socks). The walls have never been cleaned, the tv didn't come on, and no clue where the outlets were to put our phones on the charger. No way to set the AC temperature, so I froze, since the temp dropped. The air blew the curtains to where you could see right in. Overall, Not a first choice, but a place to sleep for the night, it'll do.

Jul 19, 2026I had to change rooms because the one I booked smelled like smoke. And checked out after 30 minutes because I was too sketched out. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets and pillows had stains all over them. The door had been kicked in at one time and was just stapled back up instead being properly fixed. And I was only able to gat a partial refund from the hotels app.

May 26, 2026Everything was good except when it came to the TV Satellite. didn't have a clue on how to find a channel so I called the front desk and the gentleman was at my door in a jiffy. He came in and fiddled with the remotes and got the TV working in no time at all. He even showed me the buttons to push if any issues were to arise. Happy to say No issues and the stay wa great. We will return when in the Brownwood, Tx area. Thank You Sir for your hospitality.

Jun 14, 2026When I booked this room it had a rating of 7/10. I don’t know who could stay at this motel and give it that high of a rating. I would rate it a 0/10. This is the trashiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, bathroom was filthy and smelled terrible. The towels were filthy. This place is a combination of slumlord long term rentals and short term motel rooms. If this was the only place to stay in Graham I would choose to sleep in my truck. The pictures are not an actual representation of the actual condition of the property. DO NOT STAY HERE

Aug 22, 2026prefer staying at locally owned hotels whenever possible because I like supporting businesses in the community. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
When I arrived and went to my assigned room, I found the door standing wide open. No one was inside, and there was water on the bathroom floor. I immediately went back to the front desk to ask about it and was told that the housekeeper must have forgotten to close the door.
After returning to the room and looking around more carefully, I discovered several other problems. There were patches on the walls that had never been painted, the floors were extremely dirty around the door frames, and the bathroom had unfinished areas around the shower that had not been properly repaired or painted. Visible mold was also present along the bottom of the shower.
The worst discovery came when I pulled back the bedding. It was apparent that the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. The sheets were stained, and there were hairs, including what appeared to be pubic hair, in the bed. By this time, the front desk had already closed for the evening, leaving me with no one on-site to address the room's condition.
Check out the front door crack at the bottom of the door. How wide is it?
