Our stay was excellant. Check in and out was quick, pleasant & relaxing. The only problem was at breakfast, no sausage, no potatoes, no butter , no jelly & no coffee . Waited about 10 minutes for coffee and about 20 for sausage patty & potatoes.

This hotel was absolutely amazing very easy to find, very friendly parking/valet. All of the employees were very helpful and thoughtful. Checking in was a breeze, our room was immaculate and smelled so very clean and was it was fully stocked. The complementary breakfast in the morning was awesome and lots of choices of food to choose from again. That lobby was very clean our sons had a blast in the pool and that was very clean and the patio furniture was not worn or tattered. The bar and restaurant service that is in the hotel was awesome. They made the best drinks and had the best barbecue sandwiches and wings. We will be returning anytime we are in the Houston area and I recommend everyone else to book here as well.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Due to my flight out of Houston, I asked for an extra hour for check out and it was no issue. Breakfast and coffee was what you would expect so it was fine. Location was perfect for going to the ballpark. No complaints.

It is a beutifuly hotel with great views and walable to the main bars and restaurants. But, no hotel management supervision at the pool made it inpossible for those looking for a relaxing experience. Also, we were not aware of the garage fee for hotel guests. the RGP Parking Solutions drivers didnt have name tags and do not have a porper transition protocol from the night to the day shift ( they lost our car during our checkout) . Also the rooms toiletries were not refilled properly, we noticed bc one of use forgot the body wash and th eone in he room was empty. Oh and by 9am they ran out of the main breakfast staples and they couldnt keep up with restocking or cleaning,did a mentioned that the juices where watered down... Satruday was caos in that breakfast room.

The stay was amazing and the location was perfect being that we were attending a game that night so we avoided all of the hustle and bustle of traffic. That being said the valet could’ve used more than one person. I walked in not knowing anything and no one was there to help. I found a sign that said lobby on 5th floor which to me was super random but hey I got there and checked in so that would be my only suggestion: more valet staff or a greater on the ground floor.

Check in was great but every other time we went to the front desk they were not helpful at all. Every time we purchased something at the little mart inside the lobby their machine was “conveniently” not working so it got put on my room which I didn’t want. They never had any change, not even to break a ten dollar bill. Because I booked through a 3rd party they said they couldn’t print my check out receipt ( never heard of that before). Last day there they had empty coffee pots and empty breakfast trays even though there was still an hour left before the breakfast closed. Only had muffins and fruits and I waited over 20 minutes for them to refill the hot trays which they never did while I was there. Juice machine was broken all 3 days we were there. Convenient location, clean room. Our last night we were repeatedly woken up by tapping-could not tell what it was or where it was coming from. Comfortable bed but horrible pillows. Still have a sore neck from them.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Houston Downtown and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families or anyone coming for an Astros game! It’s literally about 5 minutes from Daikin Park, which was AMAZING for us! The location is incredibly convenient—close to Discovery Green, restaurants and so much of downtown. We also felt very safe. I loved that key-card access limits which floors you can enter, including the pool/fitness areas, laundry floor and your own floor. The fitness center was great—spacious, clean, plenty of machines, cold water, towels and huge windows overlooking the pool and city. The hotel feels brand new, modern and clean. Our room was comfortable, my son LOVED the pool after long, HOT Houston days, and the complimentary breakfast buffet every morning was a huge perk! One of my FAVORITE amenities was the self-service laundry room—PRICELESS when traveling several days with a kid, especially with pool days and Houston heat! There’s also a little store IN the hotel with water, snacks, laundry necessities and essentials. If you want even more variety, Urban Street Market is right downstairs. Plus, having an on-site restaurant/bar was so convenient. Most importantly, the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciated the extra customer service and care. A fantastic home base for our mom-and-son Houston baseball adventure! ⚾️❤️

Hotel bien ubicado muy nuevo personal muy amable, buen desayuno, el unico inconveniente es que si vas en auto el parqueo en la propiedad es muy caro $50 diarios y en los alrededores encuentras parqueo diario por $15 o $ 20 diarios muy seguros también.
