I would not stay here again. The views are accurately depicted in the listing. However, the condition of the furniture, floors, paint, etc. is not depicted accurately. There was peeling paint, holes in the couch, holes in the outdoor furniture, and badly scuffed floors. The hallway and stairs leading to the apartment was very dirty. The communication was good and the host was quick to respond when I had an issue. But that was one of the only positives.

Denna uthyrning är en typ av scam. Lägenheten är mycket sliten och var smutsig. Flera av möblerna var trasiga och mycket smutsiga. Det värsta är dock farlig el. Vi hittade också hår i sängen och det fanns smutsig disk när vi kom. Diskmaskinen diskar inte rent. Det värsta: -Det finns ett getingbo bakom träpanelen vid uteplatsen. -Fläktåpan över spisen är lös och kan trilla ner ... -Det finns blodfläckar på filtarna.. -Elkablar sticket ut löst vid uteplatsen... -Ingen seriös återkoppling när man kontaktar uthyraren om alla problem och man förhalar alla svar (dock ordnades wifi efter en dag). Soffan inomhus på bilden som marknadsför lägenheten är utbytt till en mycket smutsig vit soffa med stora brännmärken på flera ställen. Soffan vid uteplatsen har stora hål i sitsen. Man kan skriva mycket mer om hur bedräglig denna uthyrning är men det spelar nog ingen roll. Budskapet bör ha gått fram. Positivt: -Fin utsikt från terassen när man står upp.

Here is a polished version that remains factual and is under 1,500 characters: Based on the photos and location, we expected a pleasant stay, but unfortunately, the apartment was not accurately represented and had numerous serious problems. The stove did not work, and there was no kettle or coffee maker. When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty, foul-smelling dishes. It later started by itself around 2:00 a.m., repeatedly beeping and displaying an error code. The terrace was in extremely poor condition. The two chairs shown in the listing were broken and unsafe, and cigarette butts were scattered throughout the area. Electrical wires were also protruding from a wall where a light fixture appeared to be missing. Inside, the living room couch was dirty, badly stained, smelled unpleasant, and had tears and cigarette burn marks. There were also concerning stains on the floor. One bedroom had no curtains, making it difficult to sleep because of the constant summer daylight, and the metal blinds throughout the apartment were broken. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with hair in the shower and dirty floors. A moldy dehumidifier filled with water had been placed on top of the sink. Wi-Fi was also unavailable. We reported these problems to the rental company. Although they responded, they did not provide any meaningful assistance. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained, unclean, unsafe in several areas, and not fit to be rented in its current condition.

Leiligheten samsvarer ikke med annonsen. Den var veldig slitt. Spotter som hang ned fra taket, maling som flasset fra dører, lys som ikke virket, flekker på sofaen og ledninger som stakk ut fra vegger flere steder. Hagemøblene var helt ubrukelige, da de var helt forvitret fra vær og vind. Denne leiligheten er absolutt moden for en oppussing.
