Sep 27, 2026A great motel, very clean and the staff were very helpful, especially letting us check in earlier. It’s our ‘go to’ motel in Rotorua.

Oct 8, 2026Lovely no-nonsense accommodation in Rotorua, on the main strip and close to many of the attractions. I would stay here again.
Only downside is there seems to be only one washing machine and dryer for the entire block of apartments! We were quite lucky that they happened to be unused when we needed it.

Aug 23, 2026Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Our 2bdrm unit was a good size, very clean, had a huge spa bath, and was very quiet. Heat pump was good, lots of tv options, and even an air fryer though we didn’t use it. Handy carpark and very close to get everywhere in Rotorua

Jul 25, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic family stay—we'll definitely be back!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at
STAY280 & STAY284 in Rotorua! From the moment we arrived, check-in was a total breeze. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our entire visit.
The amenities were great, and after long days exploring Rotorua, the super comfortable beds made for a perfect night's sleep for the whole family. Excellent service all around. We can’t wait to return on our next trip!

May 24, 20261 night stay after spending the day on the lake with a JetSki, the room was exactly what we needed with the inroom spa, clean and comfortable, lady at the reception was super friendly and welcoming and made no fuss when I asked if I could park the ute towing the JetSki needing to take up 3 car park lanes. Would stay again.

Jul 19, 2026I've stayed at this motel more than three times, and it has always been a great experience. It's conveniently located close to the city centre, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are always clean, quiet and well maintained, meeting my expectations every visit. The staff are friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. There's also plenty of on-site parking, which makes staying here even more convenient. I'll definitely be returning for my next trip and would happily recommend this motel to others.

Jul 5, 2026We had booked a B&B and when we got there it was the most disgusting place we’ve ever been so we cancelled it and came straight here last minute, was absolutely spotless. Rooms have been renovated, beds are brand-new and was super quiet. Staff are lovely. could not complain about anything. We are coming back to Rotorua and we are going to stay here again.
