The food is wonderful , no doubt .I booked a panoramic view room .That means upgraded room . We get that old room , not updated , broken drawer , no table at the balcony .Near the elevator. The engine is heard all day and all night. And the clerk at the reception said , its what you booked for .period

2/10 Poor

Nothing like the pictures. The shower and toilet were broken. The drain for the shower did not empty the water which resulted in it flooding the floor using up most of the miniaturized towels they even gave. The furniture was frayed. There was a mouse in the bar area where the drinks and the coffee powder and the hot chocolate powder was with Even, the bartender shrieking. Enlarge 1st pic to see the mouse, Multiple request for assistance completely ignored. I pay for the highest quality room and they gave me the lowest quality room stating none other than one broken room without carpet with a cracked floor and with only dim yellow lighting, was available at the room category that I booked so instead of giving me the highest quality room, they gave me the lowest floor right over the entrance circle with multiple things, frayed and broken. I asked to speak to a manager and they left me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and no one ever came and I ended up leaving. The pool bar only has deep fry chicken french fries and a serving of watermelon for $10. It was an awful experience. The only positive thing I have to say is that they gave me a late checkout.

The room was clean, but is getting old. Paint was peeling, furniture looked worn, and the mattress was definitely dipping in the middle. The spa was good, but could use some renovations. Not bad overall for the price.

One night at the Royal Dead Sea

Enjoyed our stay at Royal hotel Dead Sea. Room was great size but could need some renovation. Bed was big and comfortable, balcony was nice and good view of the sea. The bathroom was big and had both shower and a bathtub. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only had breakfast at the hotel, it had everything we needed. Will stay here again!

the hotel was quiet good. the staff was helpful and especially Marina who helped us to find the best room possible and changes it to our request. one issue is that the signal of the tv in the room is not good enough. the spa was very good. breakfast was also good.

Not the best one but fine with us

Nice hotel. Needs some refreshment. Only 2 out of 4 elevators worked. I was missing the save guard at the pool ? Towels at the pools very small. Room service worked great.
