Simple and great hotel as long as you are fine with shared bathroom and shower. Hot Spring is great. Think of it as like a hostel. Or else, book their private suite. No elevator and steep hill to climb for senior. However, staffs are helpful to call taxi for luggages. The hill can be climbed for average people. Just a bit hard with luggages. We highly recommend this place. Very convenient and quiet. Best deal for the price!

We stayed in Villa C and it was fantastic. Very spacious rooms and a fantastic semi outdoor private onsen bath and shower. Lots of amenities provided to take as needed. We didn’t see any people at all at the property. The beds were big and soft. You do hear a lot of trains, however we used the supplied ear plugs and slept fine. Paid parking on the property. The property is up a very narrow and steep road, we had a car, but you should consider a taxi if arriving by train. Self check in, we saw no staff. Our room was very clean.

Nice staff, but not so easy to get to it. First thing first. We drove to this hotel in Atami City. However this place was up on the hill, and tough to find and reached for foreigners like us. If you plan to go there by train, you may need to call a uber, otherwise you might have a very hard time to get there… Other than that, the place is a little old, and smelly. Our kids didn’t like it much. On the other hand, the owner/staff was very friendly! Also telling us to reach to them anytime (24/7) if there’s a need.

別邸利用です。 安めなのに客室露天風呂付きで、一通り必要なものも揃っており部屋も清潔でした。 チェックインからアウトまで無人のシステムですが、私は所用で有人対応していただきましたが大変ホスピタリティが高く気持ちよく滞在できました。ありがとうございました。

La chambre et les commodités étaient conformes au site. Cependant si vous vous retrouvez comme nous à côté d’une chambre où ils font du bruit (hurler et non parler, taper sur la table et le sol), jusqu’à 1h30 du matin avant que la réception décide d’intervenir (la première fois on m’a juste donné des bouchons d’oreilles et j’ai vraiment eu l’impression de déranger, la seconde j’ai obligé le réceptionniste à venir constater de lui même le bruit!) , cela peut perturber quelque peu le séjour paisible auquel nous nous attendions…
