Location perfect. Bedroom nice and modern, seemed to have been updated, however the bathroom was old and needs updating, strong unpleasant odour from the overflow drain in the floor where you could clearly see it needed cleaning. Tv did not work, stated not internet connection. Poor WiFi, when it did connect it was extremely slow. No bar at the hotel as stated in hotels.com information as a listed amenity.

This is the second time we booked this hotel. The first time, it was all around fantastic. This time however, the air conditioner leaked water all over my luggage and electrical connections in the middle of the night. I woke up because water was dripping on me in bed. They didn’t switch my room until the next day. I also could not check in early. Hopefully they have gotten that situation straightened out.

We got an "apartment" with a king bed and a view of the square and the room was HUGE! There were two massive windows with blackout and sound cancelling curtains that we opened and just people watched all night from the two comfy armchairs. The bathroom is huge and super clean as well with a full tub and bidet. There is also a large entry way with a half bath and large closet area for changing. The breakfast buffet is fantastic though there are also multiple cafes around the hotel too. The location is great for sight seeing in Krakow. Excellent hotel! You also MUST try the excellent Shawerma shop across the street. Great for a late meal or hang over cure.

Fantastisk ophold!
