Upon checking in the staff wanted a deposit (not a huge deal though paying online was suppose to have taken care of everything) and was very annoyed we insisted on paying that with a card and not cash. The room quality based on reviews online was expected to be “outdated.” It was actually terrible. The microwave wasn’t even cleaned out- the prior stay’s cup of noodles was left in. There was not deadbolt for the door- it was a twist lock on the doorknob. The comforter had a hole in it from what we assume was a cigarette. The “non-smoking” room most certainly had a smoke scent. The drawers had at least one bug in them, nor did they actually shut all the way. There were gaps between the door and the frame so the room was very cold all night. Would not recommend staying here, though if you’re looking for a cheap place, we didn’t pay too much for the room.

I arrived and paid for the reservation, opened the door to a horrific sight. Nasty room, stained bed, holes in the wall pretty much everywhere. I closed the door and saw what looked like blood stains dripping down the wall. The door wouldn’t shut properly due to obviously being kicked in several times. The old dirty curtains were torn and only hanging by a couple of rings. Without putting anything down I quickly returned to the office to get a refund. Do Not Recommend staying here!!

Door lock was broken so we couldn't lock entrance door. Remote control didn't work with the TV. Looks worse on exterior and interior than pictures show. Staff was very nice, but charged $20 extra for checking in 1.5 hours early. Overall price and condition were compatible. Probably would stay again due to price and convenience of location.

Literally, I don’t know how but they’re stains all over the walls. Everything was dirty. It really seems like they have not mopped that floor in so long, I bought cleaning products just to clean that room. There’s mold on the shower curtains, the bed had a cockroach on it, my room smelled so much that I basically had the door open the whole time I was there. You’re definitely getting what you’re paying for. This is one of those motels that makes you think about you’re worth and what you’re willing to pay to sleep somewhere, really makes you think about things

This motel was the worst motel that I have ever stayed in. It was nasty there was roaches there was black mold in the bathroom there was holes in the bathroom door there was where the paint had chipped or whatever I don't even know what the paint situation was but the door would barely lock it was the worst experience of being in a motel that I have ever had I couldn't even stay there I had to leave there was profanity on the wall that said f*** you b**** and what else there was ionene of the nightstands I think it said f*** you and such my dick or something. The floor had not been swept or mopped the the air conditioner unit was so nasty the the little vent things but I had to take literally take them out and take them in the shower and wash all the black dust and mold off of them and then I had to literally wipe down the air conditioning unit itself because it was so dirty I took a black light to the bed and there was men and women's come all over the bed and one of the handles on the dresser was hanging sideways because they had lost a nail it wasn't it wasn't right and then on top of that open up the refrigerator the refrigerator had so much rust on the outside and then when you open the refrigerator it hadn't been clean and God knows how long I say what else it was just there was flies all in the bedroom I couldn't get them out and I paid $70 for that room and I could not stay there and they would not give me my refund and I have pictures to prove it so

Never Stay There

The che check in was fine. Ipen the door and was greeted with a strong cleansing smell. So i thought it was clean. Oddly decorated with navy blue walls and grey vinyl flooring. The beddeas burgundy and gold but top blanket felt like a curtain and scratchy. When you go around the corner to the bathroom, it was dirty and had a lot of smears of what only could be described as mysterious. Some was red, black, and grey. It was streaked throughout. I was at that point like all i have to do is sleep for a few hours. We left all our stuff in our vehicle. I was woken up at 3 am itching. I discovered bedbugs of varying life development stages. I immediately went to the check in area and woke up a gentleman. I told him you have bedbugs and he said no charge and he would cancel online. I was still charged. We came back in the morning to speak to the woman who checked usbin and she just kept denying bedbugs or any issues at all.

The walls, doors ceiling were nasty. Curtains were barely hanging. Light bulb socket was hanging from the wires. Broken glass in the shower. Tv was nasty. The room doesnt get a cleaning. It just gets a quick mop, trash and linen refreshed. I even got a piece in my foot. Staff was nice when I checked in and out. I have taken pictures of the room and piece of glass I got in my foot from the shwer.
