6/10 Good

The bathroom was very dated. It looked like a nursing home. The flooring was extremely old. The bed was too low. Only one bath towel for 2 people. It was definitely not up to standard for a Hub. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. But this hotel needs serious renovations.

The toilet was not working correctly. Even after reporting it to the reception — it wasn”t rectified!
