Sep 17, 2026The room itself is wonderful - large, clean, modern bathroom and comfortable. Also very close to the train station.
However, I might suggest that the day of check in a message be sent to the guest with details of the check in process.
1. Location a bit hard to find with just a small sign to the right of the door at the dead end of a slightly sketchy looking street.
2. Stairs only up basically 6 flights - two floors worth. There are signs pointing the way so at least there is some confidence it’s the right place.
3. At the door, call the # shown for the key code to access the property. But it would have been nice to potentially have that code in advance.
After a long day of travel it’s not great to have to worry about the place you’ve arranged to stay when you’re just arriving.
