Oct 3, 2026This is a modern updated space perfect for two with not too much luggage! The host,Giuseppe, was fantastic! He sent clear, easy to follow instructions to get into the building and how to access the apartment! He came by to meet us the next morning and brought delicious pastries and fruit juice! We appreciated this gesture! The bed was comfortable and bathroom very modern! There is a small balcony you can sit out on, however if a neighbor smokes that can be problematic! Of course with it being a city there is some street noise, but this did not affect our sleep! We also enjoyed coffee machine to get that first cup of coffee!
I only caution people about the stairs if you have heavy luggage, the first set of stairs is normal width, the second set of stairs are very narrow and feel steep! Fortunately my husband got all our bags upstairs ! I would have had a problem at near 70 years old doing this on my own! We heard a lady older than us come-to the next room, she had to get help and had not expected so many stairs! The rooftop patio is nice! Lounge chairs and other sitting accommodations are there! We loved having a glass of wine up there! We did not use the hot tub! The stairs to the roof are spiral and very narrow! Location to museum, ferry and many restaurants was wonderful! We walked everywhere!
