Aug 26, 2026The lady checking us in was super sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast was actually good. (I normally do not like hotel breakfast.) I would most definitely stay here again.

The building is new, so everything is in good shape.
We really liked the room. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for four of us. It has a real refrigerator/freezer, a range top, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, and glass glasses.
The breakfast was better than expected too, with good and unique options.
Watch closely on the way in because it's easy to miss the driveway.

May 4, 2026No Hot Water. If you got lucky it might be warm at times. A few times it stayed cold. AC could never lower the temperature. No ice buckets at all in hotel. No street signs where to turn to main drive to hotel. Breakfast area needs immediate help to deal with garbage and trash pickups. Coffee wasn’t ready until after 30 min after breakfast started.

There aren’t enough stars to rate the incredible team at Home2 Suites by Hilton Tyler. We came to Tyler unexpectedly because a close family member was hospitalized, and what could have been one of the hardest weeks of our lives was made so much easier because of the whole staff!
Their kindness wasn’t just great customer service—it was genuine compassion. They welcomed us with warmth, checked on us, offered encouraging words, and treated us like family when we needed it most. In a world where people often forget how much a simple act of kindness can mean, these three women reminded us that it can make all the difference.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed, but it’s the people who make this place extraordinary. thank you for your caring hearts and for being a bright light during such a difficult time. We will never forget your kindness, and because of you, Home2 Suites Tyler will always hold a special place in our hearts.
If you’re looking for a hotel where people truly care, this is it.

The amenities are great and it's basically an extension to our home.
They like staying there and that matters a ton.
