Refundable deposits

• Deposit: EUR 500 per accommodation, per stay

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 20 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 20 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.

• Administrative fee: EUR 10 per person, per stay

Optional extras

• Cooked-to-order breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 20 for adults and EUR 5 for children
• Housekeeping is offered for an extra charge of EUR 30 per day

Children & extra beds

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 100 per accommodation (may vary based on length of stay)

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
