This is a place my family returns to at least once a year. We always have an amazing time. Wilderness at the Smokies is clean, well maintained and fun. We always feel safe there. I enjoy relaxing in the lazy river and hot tub, but my kids always get me to go on waterslides with them too.

We had a wonderful time and are planning our next trip back. No place is perfect but this place is pretty great! My children loved it (9,11,12,&18). I loved it as well. I do suggest bringing water shoes. The food is pricy. The staff was amazing. The lifeguards are on high alert. The whole thing was a wonderful experience.

This was a last minute booking for a show that was happening at the Sevierville Convention Center and our first time staying at Wilderness Lodge. The Hotel was within walking distance, however they have a complementary shuttle that will take you and pick you up. The facility and rooms were clean. The room had lots of amenities, even some we weren't expecting like pots, pans, silverware, plates etc. If you plan ahead could do meals. There is so much to do at hotel, you really wouldn't have to leave for anything. They provide a bracelet that is used as room key and access to everything so you do not have to keep up with a room key or card. This was awesome. We will definitely stay again.
