VDay was okay
For it to be a hotel downtown and highly recommended. I was disappointed with how clean the room was and things not working properly in the room. Glad I only paid for one night.

2/10 Poor

Housemaids banging on doors in the morning..
If you want to be woken up several times in the morning from 9-11:30am. This place you should definitely stay.. The housekeepers knock on serval doors in the morning to get people up. So, we can check out asap. When I advised the front desk at checkout, she told me “it’s because they need to clean.” Even if you put the do not disturb sign you can still hear all around you them knocking like police on other people’s doors and their walkie-talkies going off. It was a horrible experience, especially for the money you pay. Never again. When you stay at a hotel you just want peace and quiet.

8/10 Very good

Nice space, convenient location to great food options, walkable for our active family to theater, Millenium Park, and the Michigan Ave fun. Valet was helpful, but behind so was a bit of a challenge at check in as we were running late due to an accident on the way in but check in was helpful. However, when asking for the car, we were told to just call 30min ahead, but after 30 min we checked and apparently the car was not actually called for until we presented in lobby. No adjustment was made despite this misinformation causing us to be late for a birthday celebration, so just know to double-check, even being told and all would have been good.
