10/10 Exceptional

Really comfy hotel, in a superb location. We (a family of 3) had one of the Vibe suite rooms and it was plenty spacious with comfy beds, nice modern bathroom and furniture throughout. Wardrobe/storage space was a little limited, though most city breaks are short enough that this shouldn’t be an issue (we stayed 4 nights, so a moderate length, and had enough space). The staff were lovely from start to finish, breakfast and drinks at the bar were delicious, and the location was brilliant for exploring downtown.

Very well located, breakfast was amazing. Our room was very nice, some had small balconies with inside view, ours was a corner room with a window overlooking some outside space, surrounded by a fence, which made it quite dark. Staff were lovely allowed us to check in early. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

6/10 Good

First the positives - great bed and shower and location which is great for exploring the city. Unfortunately my room wasn't cleaned once in 3 days and no outside window was a disappointment.

8/10 Very good

Well positioned hotel, easy access for lots of tourist attractions and good restaurants. The bar staff was not very efficient and service took some time. The bar lack an atmosphere. Room very comfortable
