Oct 7, 2026The location is amazing. Apart from that it is pretty average - the carpets that cover the hallway and in the rooms are dirty and past their best.
The concierge is pretty average, little to no English assistance; I had emailed multiple times to request an early check in by a couple of hours due to flight changes but no response through Hotels.com messaging service and no assistance offered at concierge when I arrived with my family.
There is a lot of work to be done in customer service department.

Jul 5, 2026We had a quick check in. The room was nice and clean. We didn’t need to use the restaurant as everything was close by. The masjid e nabawi was a walking distance of around 4-5 minutes which helped a lot.

Jan 10, 2026Rooms were clean and cozy, breakfast was pretty standard. Location was optimal for men, not so much for the women as the female side for the Mosque was diametrically opposite.

Mar 22, 2026This hotel is exactly opposite to gate 309, very close to masjid al Ghamama, all good eateries and restaurants are nearby, completely walkable and very accessible. Property is clean, well maintained walkways, lifts, breakfast buffet is 40 SR per person, and staff is friendly.
P2 parking lot for Car Park, is also exactly opposite underground with gate 309,
Overall worth a visit if you’re staying here at sebal al maasi aka sebal diamond hotel

Mar 28, 2026Clean room, nice bellboy, receptionist helpful, but due to peak season, it is a little bit busy. My friend asked for a towel a couple of times (more than 3 times) until she got it. Good for a umroh trip, super close to gate 309 or 310, close to a food court and grocery store.

Jan 2, 2026I had a wonderful stay at Sebal Almasi Hotel. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. One of the best things about this hotel is its amazing location — it is only about a 5-minute walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Prophet’s Mosque), which made it very convenient for prayers and visits to the Haram.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

Mar 12, 2026Although breakfast was included in the booking we were not offered anything. We had to find a housekeeper to come change the trash. The soap was never changed. The location is great for the prayer and restaurants and multiple shopping centers.
