It was lovely after traveling for 2 weeks to have access to a fridge, stove and microwave. We totally enjoyed a couple of steaks on the bbq with a glass of wine watching sunset over the magnificent mountains.

We had a great stay at Misty Bay. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing accomodation, top notch. The host was extremely friendly, warm and helpful. The property was very clean and well equipped. In a stunning location with fabulous views. In a great spot for exploring the area. Kenmare, a very short distance away, is a lovely little town with everything you could need. Lots of places to eat and drink.

Amazing place. It’s not big, but the perfect size for 2 people and it worked great for us since we were traveling through and arrived a bit later. Directions were clear and concise and easy to follow, and the amenities such as the washing machine were awesome for us. Definitely would stay here again and for the price it’s way better than anything nearby!

Very comfortable stay. Beds very soft memory foam and with the windows cracked, temperature was perfect. Just put a sock under the shade to keep it from swaying with the breeze. Tight space as pictured. I used the seats to put my luggage on at night. Water pressure was amazing. Kitchen well equipped and had an air fryer. Fridge has a freezer so I could freeze my cold packs for the road. Perfect location for peace and quiet yet close to Kenmare. Check out the nearby stone circles.

The location of Misty Bay is fantastic. It’s extremely quiet and the views are gorgeous. The grounds are immaculate. Phil, our host, was most welcoming. Our room was beautiful, the linens were pristine and our bathroom was modern with even a heated towel rack. There is an upstairs TV lounge, and down the hall from our bedroom was a wonderfully equipped kitchen - microwave, air fryer, cappuccino maker, toaster, fridge, kettle- teas, coffee, biscuits, cartons of water and milk in the fridge. We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay. We highly recommend it! Thank you Phil and Misty Bay - Kenmare.
