8/10 Very good

Crew members were very nice and helpful. The foods are good overall. The bathroom is flooded for a while due to the way it is constructed. I like the boat ride visiting other quiet part of Ha long bay. The ride from the marina to the boat was over an hour and the boat didn't really move much in the Bay. If I had to pay the full price, then the cruise needs more improvement.
