Great hotel with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Easy access to/from airport via hired driver (arranged by hotel) or taxi. Departed too early to have the included breakfast but the cafe is very nice. Only negative is that we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and I would not recommend this but there are other options across the street. This hotel is a great value and good option for a long layover in Istanbul.

6/10 Good

Best service of the reception and manager on duty, I ever experienced in Istanbul. Customer oriented, straight and honest with a safe transfer to airport, really well organized. The breakfast was amazing, the location near to the Green Mosque is simply the cherry on top. Best deal what i ever had in Istanbul!

Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality and honesty 🙏 I arrived after having missed my flight. I was exhausted and really stressed. They were so kind and helpful and welcoming. I really appreciate it. You don’t get that very often

Nice and clean rooms, in a new hotel. A/C available in the room and additional amenity kits were provided on request. The staff were helpful when any assistance was needed. Breakfast was ok, but did not get to try the dinner menu. No alcohol served at this location. Gym and coffee shop conveniently available; the cheese cake with chocolate is worth a try. The surrounding area does not provide too much, but a taxi/Uber was normally only minutes away. Not a very convenient location if traveling to the city center, as public transport will take closer to two hours or an hour+ in a taxi, depending on the traffic. Being so close to the airport, the hotel is very suitable for transit passengers.

We stayed at Ramada during our layover in Istanbul. Absolutely amazing place and very caring staff. Zeynep went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible helping us with the airport transfer, room service and other things. She is a very caring person and took a great care of me and my 4 year old during our short stay. Ahmet helped us with our luggage and played with my son in the lobby 🙂 super friendly young man. The food was absolutely amazing, the most delicious minestrone soup I’ve ever had. Overall, it’s a new property with very clean modern rooms and comfortable bedding. Close to the airport, took us about 15 minutes to get there. I rarely leave reviews but I felt like I had to. Thanks again, we’ll be back
