We loved our stay here. The hotel is super beautiful and clean, and the kitchen is great for making your own meals. The only issue was the automated check-in system, which wasn't working well, so we had to go to another hotel to get our keys. Despite that, I would come back anytime!

Check in isn't obvious and we did it in the pouring rain. You need to go across the parking lot to Fairfield Suites to check in and get a key. The room was big and clean, etc... but once a party started after midnight and went on past 2am, there was no staff to help. An elderly man came by and just knocked on their door then gave up. I'm talking LOUD bass into the night. Otherwise, we would've stayed there again.

The comforter had coffee stains all over it. The bed TV didn't work and said there were signal issues. (We went to the store while we went for dinnner, and bought an HDMI and attached my latop instead) The 2nd TV was 15 feet from the first one, and was exactly the same, with the same remote controller. So, if you used the remote to try to turn on one TV, the other TV would turn off, and vice versa. Wild lay-out choice. The response wouldve been we'll get you another room, but we had already unpacked for our 1 day stay so we werent interested in that. Overall, a very messy experience, and my worst experience at a hotel in a while.

Very nice stay. The room DIDN’T have a Do Not Disturb sign. And housekeeping came in my room unannounced and shut off my AC with it being 90’ outside??? If you say here and don’t want ANYONE in your room Get a DHD sign. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was large. But the walls are so thin that you hear everything. There are no real amenities and with it as an unmanned hotel it was weird not having someone on site to talk to about things. Wish we could have so we could change our room. Housekeeping came around 9am even though check out was 11. There were no “do not disturb” door hangers. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Just seemed like a rushed build.

It was a nightmare. I got there at 530pm and check in was at 4pm. Myself and about 10 other guest were left in limbo about the status of our room, and no one would give us a definite check in time until about 7pm when they told us we would definitely get a room by 1030pm… They did nothing to accommodate us, no vouchers…They just told me that I can get ready for the concert in the LOBBY of the Fairfield Inn (their sister company) and change my clothes in the bathroom. The room was finally ready by the time I got back from the concert at 11pm, but they didn’t even offer late check out to accommodate the 6 hour late check in.

Brand new building/rooms, very clean and well thought out room layout for those that need a longer stay. Bed was very comfortable, would 100% stay again and will recommend to family and friends to stay. Not much in terms of amenities such as a pool or gym, unless you go to the main Hotel, which I think is available and is a 30 second walk. Only minor complaint or suggestion would be, have a sign made up directing travelers to the main Hotel for check in so as to avoid confusion.

Brand new hotel. Room/suite excellent. Everything brand new. Clean, etc. Our only complaint is there is no representative at the hotel itself. The check in was a cluster in that you don’t check in at that hotel. You have to check in at the hotel next door. If it wasn’t for a hotel guest explaining that to us as she exited we would not have known. Other than that it is a very nice hotel.

The hotel was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped, comfortable bed, walking distance to the XFinity Center. There was absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel.
