Winter transforms this alpine hamlet into a wonderland with the ethereal Ice Castles that seem designed by nature's most ambitious architect. Soldier Hollow Resort provides cross-country skiing on former Olympic trails without Olympic-sized crowds. Local cheese from Heber Valley Artisan Cheese pairs perfectly with mountain views from any patio in town.
