Our stay was amazing at Uliv Condesa! The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance from tons of coffee shops, stores, parks and restaurants. Literally the best location ever. Rooms were great, clean and spacious, nice bedding and comfortable even without AC. Rooftop was great and free on site laundry was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay, we will 100% be back next time in CDMX. We loved the birthday surprise when we arrived as well!

Located at the heart of Condessa, this property is in a very quiet part of CDMX woth plenty of cafe options at walking distance. The wide tree covered streets have metro stations within ten minutes that takes you all over CDMX. Free washer/dryer at roof top was a pleasant surprise! Try this place to explore CDMX.

Great location. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Kitchen very minimally equipped. Entrance code was not sent but when I reached out to support they were slow to respond but finally said I needed to use a physical key that the guard would give me.

Everything was very clean and the apartment was well stocked with everything I needed to cook. The staff were all extremely kind- I’m unfortunately not fluent in Spanish but that was never a problem. I enjoyed having access to the rooftop area as it provided a great space to relax and do my remote work.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The tv was good. The bathroom was very small. The biggest problem was that there was no air conditioning and the room was quite hot. There is a fan. In fairness, the description said this, I just didn’t notice it because I assumed ac. The staff is friendly.
