Its an older hotel, but very comfy and the staff was amazing. We came into town super early for my uncle's service and asked if it possible to check in so we could get ready and go. Our room was ready and it was it was so amazing made our trip. Thank you for the great stay and will definitely be back

This hotel was really lovely! The building and rooms are indeed showing their age a little, but everything that mattered (bed, bathroom) was really clean and obviously cared for. Active renovations and maintenance were going on, which shows how well the owners care, but not disturbing at all, which meant I had the best night's sleep in weeks.

Nice place in Hope to break our journey across BC. The indoor pool & hot tub were lovely and a great way to relax after a long day. King sized bed was massive and very comfortable.

I had a great few days at this hotel arrived exhausted and they accommodated me with a ground floor room for Mobility issues. Tiffany was absolutely fantastic, coffee was fresh and available all hours. There was an after hours check-in and card key lock doors. Ample parking and super close to tons of restaurants. Pool was super clean hot tub available, older place but definitely five star service

My husband and I stayed here on our way to Alberta to pick up our daughter. Like everything in the area, it’s an older property and not without its quirks, but that’s part of the charm. Good location, close to Othello Tunnels.

Room was great for our family of 5. Kids loved the bunk beds and pool/hot tub! AC is VERY loud in the rooms, but there is another one in the kitchen so we just kept that one one throughout the night and left the bedroom one off. A good stay, just rough around the edges in terms of upkeep.
