4/10 Fair

This facility should not be open or they should let customers know they are under renovation. No staff available at the front desk. Room wasn't cleaned or fresh towels provided. Breakfast was a real joke. The staff didn't appear to understand how to operate the front desk. Definitely not recommended.

I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation after I refused for them to re-room me a third time, and I honestly believe they needed the money more than I did. There are at least three other hotels within walking distance that are of a much better quality than this one.
