The staff was amazing. They were so kind and courteous and pointed out good restaurants for me to eat at and they were just so helpful and the room was so clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything was top-notch. I definitely suggest they open some in Dallas in Fort Worth area because I stay there a lot and they need them but the one in Georgetown was just awesome.

The room was very clean. It has a small kitchen area and is well stocked with dishes. The WiFi was a little weak but since we were only there for two nights, we only used the free one. I’m sure if you paid for it (which wasn’t much) it would be better.

very clean and seemed very new. pet friendly. good tv and bed. only minor cons: footfalls (?) echo in the halls so there was periodic noise, and the location is only meh (easy to get to, but dumpy part of I-35).

We booked a one-night stay in this newly opened hotel with our two doodles. The gal at check-in was very friendly, our room was sparkling clean, the bed was super comfortable, and we had everything needed for our short stay—we would stay here again! Note: Hotels.com said ‘all pets stay free’ on their listing (false advertising), found out upon checking there IS a per pet fee.

The only complaint I have is that the ice maker was not turned on prior to my arrival so that I would have ice ready and waiting since there are no "traditional" hotel ice makers in the building. Other than that it was great!!

They staff was very friendly and accommodating even allowing us and extra hour for late check out. Room was very clean beds were comfortable the GM was there at check out he was very professional and friendly. will definitely return. Customer service deserves a 10 star great job...

Able to stay while the Hotel is fairly new. Incredibly clean. From the lobby, to the halls, elevator and especially the rooms. Clean from top to bottom. Staff is on top of every issue. Very friendly and accommodating.

My partner slept fine but the room & sheets I stayed in had a distinct moldy smell that made it impossible to fall asleep. The pictures looked well advertised and the staff was helpful but for my one night stay, I would’ve spent just $5 more to sleep at another hotel.

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Jessica! I accidentally lost my wallet, which had a significant amount of money inside, and Jessica found it and made sure it was returned directly to me with absolutely nothing touched or missing. That right there is the true definition of integrity—doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I am beyond grateful for her honesty and kindness. Our entire stay was amazing. Everything was super clean, nice, and quiet. The kitchen was great, and anytime we needed fresh bedding or towels, we were able to get them without any issues. The service was excellent from beginning to end. But once again, a very special thank you to Jessica! She truly went above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise and recognition for her integrity and outstanding customer service. People like her are hard to come by, and she made our experience that much better. Thank you, Jessica! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
