The rooms were perfect, it was like I was staying in a small apartment. I love that the rooms came with a washer and dryer. Didn’t have to travel back home with dirty laundry. The staff was nice. The pool area was nice and beautiful. It would be a place that I would choose to stay at again.

I travel a fair amount but rarely, if ever, leave a review as most places I stay at offer what is expected and not much more. This stay was different. The host was in constant contact with me prior to the visit but once I arrived the difference was notable. I had several small issues that I hesitated to bring up but when I did I got an instant response and resolution. One of the requests didn't really fall into the area that the host would normally be responsible for. I only mentioned it so that he could consider it for a future stay. Not only did he respond instantly he went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. I was pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail. When visiting Miami again I will not hesitate to stay here again. If there were more than 5 stars in the rating system I would gladly give them to him.

Check in was horrible. They did not have my reservation. They keep on saying they are not the host and i need to call my host. There are two guys with a small desk and are overwhelmed by the crowd they need to deal with. I looked up my reservation and finally figured out who to call and it went to answering machine in India . Finally after several attempts i was able to get hold of some one who said my reservation was not there because i need to give my credit card no for security deposit. Front desk guys can’t take it because they are not the host. It took me nearly 3 hrs to finally get to my room. I was supposed to get two twin beds in one room and one twin in another room and sleeper sofa. I got twin beds in both rooms and the sleeper was broken. I have to sleep on the floor. No house keeping for 3 days. Window shades were not opaque. I

É um apartamento normal, então não tem nada de alimentação no prédio. Mas tem um café na frente e um mercadinho 24h bem ao lado. A região é ok, não é insegura, mas também não é uma região bonita. Andando um pouco para perto da região da Marina fica mais bonito, mas ali naquele miolo do prédio não é tão bonito. O estacionamento é na quadra do lado, então para andar com mala ou com chuva atrapalha um pouco, principalmente pq parar na frente do prédio é proibido, apesar de fazerem. Você não terá serviço de limpeza, isso é ok, porque tem tudo no apartamento, mas no meu tinha só 2 rolos de papel higiênico, tive q comprar e quando perguntei ao anfitrião se eles disponibilizavam mais, ele não me respondeu. A comunicação com o anfitrião antes foi ótima, tem q enviar foto do passaporte e pagar um calção antes da estadia, chegando lá é só pegar a chave com o porteiro do prédio e é 24h a portaria. Fora isso, o apartamento é lindo, super bem equipado, limpo e com tudo novinho. Amplo e com bastante luz natural. A unidade que eu fiquei o chuveiro tinha aquelas cortinas de banheira, mas vi outras unidades que tem box.

Öncelikle konaklamam çok güzel geçti, evdeki imkanlar ve konfor için çok teşekkürler. Fakat belirtmem gereken asıl sorun iletişim ve ödeme bilgileriyle alakalı, otel için depozito istedikleri hesap ve linkler güvenilir değilmiş gibi görünüyordu, endişemi söylediğimde tek söyledikleri sorun olmayacak demeleriydi. Kapısına gidene kadar korkarak ve güvensiz gitmiş olduk. Onun haricinde havlu bir kaç adet daha koyulabilirdi, genel olarak, otoparkından ve binadan memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler.

Très bon emplacement. La zone est très bien desservie (plusieurs lignes de bus et metrorail et metromover à proximité). Plusieurs restaurants et supermarché à proximité. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment en famille (parents + ados). La présence d'une machine à laver et du sèche-linge dans le logement est très appréciée. Le personnel est très disponible et sympathique. Les installations de loisirs sont excellentes (salle de sport, terrain de basket, jacuzzi roof top, piscine..) Super rapport qualité/prix La prochaine fois que nous viendrons à Miami, impossible de ne pas réserver cet hôtel.
