The absolute only reason I gave 4 stars is the property is still under maintenance/construction/upgrades. Otherwise a 5. Our room was so clean, although the new blankets hadn't been washed. They still had the new folded lines in them. But new is great vs dirty. This place was very quiet and acceptable for the money.

Everything was new in the room but that's where it stops! No ice machine, no coffee and the towels were so bad if they payed 10 cents on them then they overpaid!! Would not recommend unless you need a just need a comfortable bed for a night at a low cost .

The room was clean but the towels were dirty sheets were clean pillowcases pillows were clean floor needed swept other than that I would probably go ahead and give it a six and a half out of 10 Stars. Also added $100 deposit. Make sure you bring your own soap as well. No breakfast no offering of vending machines but they do have a refrigerator microwave in the room and a big flat screen smart TV.

When I got to that Expedia booked me to it eas locked and closed. A sister hotel nearby. Was able get me a room at the last minute, I thank them for that, but Expedia should not have booked a room in a closed hotel!

I accidentally selected the wrong date when making my hotel booking. The reservation was supposed to be for the 11th, but while I was searching for another hotel and trying to find the cheapest option, the booking automatically changed back to the 4th when I was trying to book for the 11th. I contacted an agent right away to see if they could move my reservation from the 4th to the 11th, but they said there was nothing available on their end. I then asked for a refund so I could make a new reservation myself, because I can see that the hotel still shows availability for the 11th on my side. Unfortunately, they are refusing to give me a refund, even though this was an accidental date selection and I contacted them to try to correct it. I’m asking that you please review this situation and consider refunding the booking so I can rebook the correct date.

The room was barely acceptable. Clean bed and sheets but the floor was very dirty and the sink drain was disgusting and had buildup in it you could clearly see. The tv was broken (just not turning on at all, seemed like it was not plugged in but the cord went into the wall) but we weren’t in there enough to want to ask the front desk about fixing it. The front desk staff was helpful and promptly helped when we asked (thank you!) but when I had called ahead of time the lady on the phone was rude and not very helpful or didn’t seem willing to help me figure out my situation. The outside of the whole place was poorly kept and smelled like trash. Very sketchy. On the flip side, the room did have its own AC unit, the bed was comfortable and it did look like the appliances were fairly new. I wouldn’t go there with children ever again but if you need a cheap, quick place to stay for a short period I would suggest it to be a last resort.

First the good. The front desk person was amazing! I believe her name was Chanda. They are lucky to have her. Otherwise, I cannot say I will stay here again. Really, really dirty floors, thin walls and the bed was very firm. While it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave, it would have been nice to have a table and a couple of chairs. No furniture at all except the bed, a desk and desk chair. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for.
