Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour to get to our new last minute booked accom. Spent the whole day dealing with this both pre and post arrival and is the single worst experience I’ve had with any host on any platform (online and in person hotels included). Avoid at all costs. I travel over 130 days a year for work and this was the worst experience I’ve had doing so in my 20 years of heavy travel.
