A receptividade foi espetacular. O café da manhã muito gostoso servido no quarto. Cama muito confortável. Quarto com cozinha completa com fogão por indução. Estar hospedado em um domo foi uma experiência incrível.

A experiência ficou bem abaixo do esperado. O principal problema foi a localização. A pousada fica bastante afastada do centro, sendo necessário percorrer um trecho de estrada de terra e utilizar o carro para qualquer passeio ou refeição. Para quem procura praticidade e pretende aproveitar o centro da cidade, essa distância faz bastante diferença. Outro ponto negativo foi a TV do chalé. Apenas uma assinatura de streaming está disponível e, quando outro quarto conecta à conta, o acesso é interrompido. Em uma pousada isolada, especialmente em dias frios, é frustrante não conseguir sequer assistir a um filme ou série para aproveitar o tempo no chalé. Por fim, o café da manhã decepcionou bastante. Em vez de um buffet self-service, ele é servido em uma bandeja com pouquíssima variedade. Nos dois dias recebemos apenas dois pães, presunto, muçarela, duas fatias de bolo, suco, café e leite. Não havia frutas, iogurte ou outras opções. Além da falta de variedade, a quantidade era limitada: quando queríamos mais pão ou mais café, não havia reposição. Também ficamos presos ao horário da pousada, já que o café não tem um horário previamente combinado. No primeiro dia foi servido às 8h40 e, no segundo, apenas às 9h20. Tínhamos que esperar acordados no quarto. Infelizmente, a experiência não correspondeu às expectativas. Com uma localização distante do centro, opções limitadas de entretenimento e um café da manhã muito simples, não voltaria a me hospedar nesta pousada.

O conceito dos Domos era interessante. Mas faltou manutenção, não há arrumação dos quartos de um dia para outro. Chegamos e não tinha sabonetes. Tivemos que esperar. Não foi fornecido xampu. Também não tinham guardanapos disponíveis. O casal que ficava na recepção era simpático mas não conseguia atender as solicitações. E o chalé domo 06 em pleno inverno é extremamente quente pois a cortina mal impede a entrada do sol. Em compensação o chalé domo 07 é um gelo pois o aquecedor não dá conta.
