System parkir mereka jelek sekali. Kita harus kasih karcis parkir kita ke reception untuk mendapatkan free parking setiap kali kita keluar masuk hotel. Parkir di lobby hotel kita harus bayar lagi sebesar 150ribu permalam(kalau tidak salah) untuk hotel 5* sangat terasa MURAHAN sekali. Untuk menu breakfast sangat sangat BIASA dan cenderung tidak enak. Untuk harga tergolong overpriced, untuk type kamar junior suite tidak ada comoliment yang kita dapatkan seperti hotel2 lain nya. Welcome drink pun tidak ada. Untuk kelas nya 5* sangat tanggung sekali bukan seperti 5* pada umum nya. Semoga ke depan nya bisa ada perbaikan karena sayang sekali untuk ukuran kamar, pemandangan, dan lobby sudah sangat bagus tapi hal hal yang saya sebutkan diatas rate nya 1/10.
