The only thing to like about this property is the staff. Listed on Orbitz as a four-star property, it is no more than a 2 Star at best. The pictures do not reflect the true look of the hotel. Rooms were dirty with mold in the bathrooms, spots on the bed mattress, unclean floors, lamps missing light bulbs, etc. I was booked to stay five nights but checked out after the first night.

Pleasant good value hotel
I had a good stay in this hotel, which felt safe and conveniently located unless you are keen to stay closer to the main sights (though they are only a short tuk tuk journey away). The food was generally good, with a discount for guests, and the breakfast has plenty of options to choose from. The staff was always very friendly and ready to help with my various requests.

A Bit Overprice
You get what you pay for. It is not worth to be rated as a 4 star hotel. The first unsatisfaction was the safe could be grabbed away and was so small. That's why I did not use it and went out with my valued belongings every time. We then found out the battery of the air conditioner's remote control was running out. The crew came by to fix it right away after reporting it to the front desk. Furthermore, the breakfast was not decent. Also, You could see the stain on the table cloth. Fortunately, we only stayed there one night before leaving Phnom Penh.
