Beautiful hotel located on the outskirts of Parma’s city area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Also recommended wonderful things to do in Parma. If you get a chance make sure to visit Tattoria del Calcciatore!! Located in the farmland but best meal in Europe!!!

Clean and comfortable
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff at check-in were very helpful. The hotel is out of the city but we were able to get to downtown in less than 15 minutes for our appointment, so it’s not too far. We had a car, and the on-site parking was perfect. We left too early to eat breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Excellent accommodating but failing breakfast
We have stayed there many times before. Two main reason, 1) It is pet friendly 2) It has excellent safe parking for my trailer. Reception and welcome are friendly with coffee & snacks available in the reception area (coffee making facilities are also available in some rooms) However I do find the breakfast service going "down hill". A few years back it was excellent, no both service and variety is faulting. The normal staff I have seen in the past were not there on this occasion, has the management changed in the restaurant ?

Enjoyed our stay en route from Malpensa Airport to Arettzo. Good spacious room and clean. Tried the hotel restaurant on way down but avoided on way back. Service was flashy rather than good. Not cheap.

Quick Overnight Stop
We arrived late after 10pm. Hotel left key in envelope at front desk. This made check in easy at such a late hour. Hotel was clean and and furniture was simple IKEA design. Just what we were looking for a quick overnight stop.

OK night in Parma
On vacation with my husband. The hotel was very clean and modern. Our original room had a fridge that didn't work. We were moved to a superior beautiful room. The AC did not work. Could not get it to cool down. Already embarrassed about changing rooms we did not say anything. It was cool outside and fortunately it was the 1/1000 rooms in Europe with screens on the windows and we slept with the windows open. Breakfast was nice although not splendid

Excellent for a stopover on my way to Italy. Clean modern hotel, huge room and lovely bathroom. Good value for money. Staff helpful and polite. Only downside - evening food in restaurant tasteless and dreary, and holtel in the middle of an industrial estate.

The hotel was recently completely renovated = very modern, very comfortable. Staff helpful and pleasant. Restaurant reasonable and delicious food. Breakfast was average. The location was convenient because of its proximity to the main highway, but the location was not in a great neighborhood.

Comfortable room, great shower room en suite,friendly staff, impeccably clean. Good breakfast selection.On the outskirts of Parma, close to the motorway and the new Parma Retail shopping centre. All this hotel lacks is a restaurant ....... the kitchen is there, the space is there, perhaps the restaurant is on its way?
