Room was clean. Easy and fast check in. Great location and close to food and shopping. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Will stay again.
Only 2 pillows for each bed. We did not ask if more were available.

I was willing to give it a chance, but the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, hair on the floor, and the stench was so bad we left at 4:45 am.
Location was great and workers were friendly but overall it mad me sad

Jul 2, 2025Check in was quick, the staff was friendly. The room was okay, but mainly because the bad was comfortable and I was exhausted. Otherwise, regular maintenance is clearly not done. The toilet paper holder wouldn’t hold a roll. Towel rack was barely attached and the place hasn’t been painted in decades. It was moderately clean. You get what you pay for and $35 was about the right price.

Sep 25, 2023Great location to Baylor and convenient to downtown. But property was neglected. Mold in tub around faucet, musty smell, small stains on sheets. Breakfast was very low supply, never staff in the office. Ice machine was a plus, unlimited. Lack of vending machines other than sodas.

The door to our room looked like it had been shimmied or broke into at some point in its existence. When we closed the door and locked it, there was still a gap to where I could see out. Just kept it locked and covered it up with a towel.
Rooms are clean and don’t have any residual smell.

Sep 26, 2026AC was very loud and smelled musty- bathtub and toilet wasn’t clean. Very loud and volatile guests outside hotel room arguing in parking lot most of the night. Sketchy crowd in parking lot. When I asked them nicely to be quiet outside our room very early this morning, they rolled their eyes and slunk off. Several colorado fans stayed there too and gave us the side eye as we were were walking to the game. The website advertised free animals, up to 2 per room and when we check in they tried to charge me $15 for my dog, even though he was a service dog. The room smelled like mildew. I mentioned the unclean bathroom and mildew smell to front desk and he said he would clean it while we were at dinner. He did attempt but it did not do much good. Shampoo bottle provided by hotel had fallen off of its post and was on its side on the bottom of the tub. it appeared that all he did was quickly wipe out the tub and put the shampoo bottle back up on the side of the tub. We paid $169 for a lackluster hotel room. we were supposed to stay here over homecoming weekend since it is so close to the stadium, but we canceled the reservation due to our experience last night. The front desk receptionist that works the Night Shift was very nice though. The morning staff was not very nice. They were already going around knocking on doors at 9 AM when checkout was at 11 AM, and the game started at 11 AM. Of course, people are not going to be out of their room yet, duh! We heard constant traffic

May 15, 2026Room was dirty, bathtub had hair and spiders in it. TV did not work. Deadbolt was broken had to use the chair with cigaret stain in it to block the door. At 5am a homeless person tried to enter my room. Coffee that was offered in the morning was cold and no lids for the cups. Was already scheduled to stay there for Baylor's parents weekend in the fall and cancelled and rescheduled elsewhere. Great location, terrible experience.
