Decent price for the stay!
My stay was uninterrupted which was nice. I prefer to clean my own space and didn’t need room service. No fridge or microwave so it made eating on a budget harder but we managed as we travel for work and don’t like to eat fast food daily. My pets were welcomed. Lots of dog feces everywhere and they provide disposable bags for clean up but patrons don’t clean up which is sad. For the price it was worth it. The rooms are clean and the bedding is nice. The staff were friendly too!

They walked into our room
On Wednesday afternoon they knocked one time and walked into our room when we were indecent in bed. When checking out and we tried to express this to front desk staff I was abruptly cut off before finishing my sentence and told to leave all comments and complaints on the website. Upon looking at the website, there is no option for this.

It did the job
The staff was great. The room was fine but there was hair in my bed so it looked like it had not been changed. I just went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets and they obliged. They also offered a discount for the inconvenience. I am not high maintenance and room was reasonably priced , especially with a convention going on down the street. The other guests were loud and inconsiderate, but that is not on the motel. It worked for what i needed it for. I did discover a great Falafel place near it and that was bonus.

Families Beware! Pathetic Experience
I booked two rooms under one reservation for two families. We were reaching for late check in. This hotel’s front desk said they have only one room held for this reservation, while Hotels.com Cust service confirmed we were supposed to have two rooms. No ownership or apology from front desk! although they missed to hold two rooms. We had to look for alternative stay in the middle of the night. Pathetic experience. Would never ever try to book room here. Hotels.com customer service was kind enough to help us with alternative stay. Five stars for Hotels.com.
