Si tratta di una struttura di circa 6 appartamenti. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in quello al primo piano. Silenzioso, molto pulito, tutto nuovo, fornito di tutto il minimo indispensabile. Si trova a 500 metri circa dalla spiaggia. Il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Nulla di negativo da sottolineare. Consigliato.

La miglior casa vacanze

Questa è in assoluto il miglior appartamento che ho mai prenotato per le vacanze. Nonostante fossimo in due avevamo un appartamento a piano terra per 4 con due camere da letto, due bagni, una bella e comoda cucina e due spazi esterni spaziosi (uno davanti e uno nella zona dietro), un bel soggiorno grande con tv . Dentro come dicevo tutto: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata in ogni stanza, tutto l'indispensabile per cucinare davvero, detersivi e saponi nei bagni. A metà vacanza ci hanno cambiato lenzuola e spugne bagno. L'appartamento è molto confortevole e ben fatto: tornavamo accaldati dal mare e nonostante l'aria condizionata fosse spenta abbiamo sempre trovato i locali freschi. Il personale è davvero gentile. La posizione è ottima, si trova sempre parcheggio fuori, anche nel weekend e in 5 minuti a piedi si è sul lungomare. Davvero raccomandatissimo!

Sauberes Appartement in Strandnähe

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Bis zum sehr sauberen und überhaupt nicht überfüllten Strand ist es nur ein mal die Staßd hinunter. Die Mitarbeiter der Appartementanlage waren mehr als nur freundlich. Sie waren überaus hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Gerne wieder!!!

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura non conoscendo direttamente trovandola fantastica per posizione, pulizia, bellezza apparamento e servizi. Аппартаменты отличные. Пляж в нескольках минутах ходьбы. До центр города 5 минут пешком. До магазина Eurospar ехать 5 минут на автомибиле. Недалеко от Марина Ди Рагуза много достопримечательностей. Минус один,лично для меня, что на кухне нет розетки и микроволновки. А так все супер. Советую!

Soggiorno meraviglioso,appartamento fantastastico!

Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza nei fantastici Appartamenti Sud Est, pulitissimi, arredo nuovissimo e funzionale, dotati di tutti i comfort. Personale cordialissimo, sempre presente e disponibile, mai invadente. Posizione fantastica: a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Marina di Ragusa, ma fuori dal caos e dal chiasso del lungomare. Parcheggio comodissimo proprio di fronte la struttura, abbiamo sempre trovato posto davanti l'ingresso o comunque nel raggio di 50 metri. Assolutamente da consigliare a tutti, non resterete delusi.

From the moment we arrived and were met by Alesandra who showed us to the apartment we were very happy .Having stayed in various apartments in Sicily over the years this was by far the best.
