Perfect if you want old charm
Added a few days in Cape Town to a business trip and stayed here. Decided it would be easier for parking over a city centre hotel and also fancied somewhere with character.
Its not a hotel, its a guest house and not perfect, however if little things like low pressure in the shower dont bother you id highly recommend it.
Location wise its perfect. You can walk UP to the table mountain lift station and into town easily, we even walked back from signal hill on the old tracks dropping straight into the estate area at sun down.
On the doorstep is a great restraunt and a fab bar opposite (upstairs) which is pretty hipster but great beer and awesome food, cheap and the sort of place you lose yourself in all night. Theres also some nice coffee shops and such on the doorstep too.
The host was great and nice selection of food for breakfast.
Overall a great change to a hotel and reasonable price too.
Would you stay again, yes!
