Great for a quick stop over. Great that the kids had two separate beds. We all slept really well. Would have liked a kettle in the room.

We had a double room that suited our needs. Our air con didn't work the first night and when we notified reception the next day we were moved straight away. The hotel and room was clean, bright and smoke free. You get fresh towels and mat everyday. There is a lift so you don't have to haul your luggage up stairs. Our room didn't have a lot of space but we were only there to sleep so it suited us fine. Try to check in when reception is open as we fumbled with checking in via the machine outside. I recommend this place.

After a warm welcome, I discovered a rather dirty room ... I am someone simple and I sometimes just need a bed and a bathroom ... but cleanliness is my priority . the yellowish tapestry with traces on the wall, the bathroom and the room gave an impression of general dirt ... The rooms definitely need a thorough cleaning and a facelift. The Hotel is located in the Combo-basso activity pool, which makes it ideal for visiting local businesses. Unfortunately there are not many hotels around.

Finding this hotel is very difficult and we had to use a costly taxi to get there. Not for tourists only junior staff visiting corporate premises nearby. Nothing is said in the description about poor access to public tansport. Small functional rooms. The bed was very hard and there were only two small pillows for two guests. Bathroom adequate. View from window uninspiring - concrete office blocks and derelict land. Breakfast poor in quantity and quality not reflecting to any extent the quality of local foofstuffs.

There should be more people to support the guests. There is no hotel stuff available from 12 PM to 5 PM. which is complete nonsense.

The hotel key code opens everything, your door, front door, gate to the propert etc. There is a store Intermarche 2 minutes by car, other then that not much around. Store closes at 8 pm and the hotel door at 9 pm. Without the pass code you will not get in. There does not seem to be anyone from the staff around after that. Hotel is clean and quiet. It could use some simple things like soap, shampoo etc. It was good, basic hotel just what we needed before an early departure.

Ça fait 2 fois que je viens et 2 fois un peu tard. Hormis qu'il n'y ai plus d'accueil on nous envois un faux numéro pour rentrer. On reste donc dehors. Pas très sympa pour un hotel. Quand on appelle un responsable il nous dit que c'est normal et que les numeros envoyer automatiquement par mail pour rentrer sont toujours faux. Résultat attente 45 mn de 22h30 a 23h15...et il pleuvait...hôtel a fuir !!!!!

Pour notre séjour, j'avais appelé l'hôtel en amont afin d'être certaine que nous pourrions payer en chèque vacances. La personne au téléphone me confirme que c'est possible et je précise que nous arriverons a l'hôtel a 14h, encore une fois la personne au téléphone me dit que tout est ok. Nous arrivons donc a l'hôtel a 14h avec nos 2 enfants (réveillés depuis 3h du matin car nous avons pris l'avion) et surprise la réception est fermée nous pouvons uniquement récupérer la chambre en payant sur la borne et par carte bancaire uniquement ! Nous appelons donc l'assistance afin de trouver une solution et on me dit qu'ils vont contacter la personne d'astreinte de l'hôtel. Cette personne ne répond pas aux appels de l'assistance nous devons donc attendre jusqu'à 17h dans la voiture devant l'hôtel avec les enfants. Vers 15h un homme vient nous voir pour nous demander si nous attendons quelque chose, on lui répond donc que nous souhaitons payer en chèques vacances et que nous attendons l'ouverture de la réception sans cacher notre agacement. 2eme suprise lorsque, a 17h, nous nous rendons a la réception et que le réceptionniste est l'homme qui était venu nous voir 2h plus tôt ..... Il aurait donc pû nous encaisser directement et laisser les enfants aller se reposer correctement.... Vraiment accueil médiocre, certe nous ne sommes pas dans un palace mais tout de même pour 146€ les 2 nuitées cela reste un budget conséquent et vraiment pas a la hauteur de la prestation reçue. Pour être honnête, cette nuit dans cet hôtel ne s'est pas bien passé. Arrivant tard, l'hôtel m'a communiqué un numéro de réservation pour faire mon checkin depuis la borne. Or ce numéro n'était pas le bon. J'ai donc du contacter le service Client en pleine nuit pour avoir le bon numéro. Ensuite, pendant le processus de checkin, il y a eu un bug. Je n'ai pas pu avoir mon numéro de chambre et le code d'accès. J'ai donc du rappeler le service Client. Enfin, une fois arrivée dans la chambre, j'ai constaté que la grille d'aération avait été enlevée et que le vent s'engouffrait dans la chambre par la ventilation de la fenêtre. J'ai donc essayé de dormir avec ce bruit en continu. J'en ai parlé le matin au personnel. Aucune réaction, aucun geste commercial ....

Hôtel chambre et salle de bain propre. Hôtel calme ce qui est agréable et possibilité de commander pizzas et sushis en livraison dans la chambre. 2 bémols à relever : il faisait froid dans la chambre (et d'autres personnes d'autres chambres avaient le même soucis) et le 2ème (moins embêtant car 2 ème digicode à l'intérieur accessible à pieds) le digicode pour ouvrir le portail du parking en rentrant ne fonctionnait pas nous étions plusieurs voitures de retour du concert à être "bloquées" mais un monsieur est rentré et a utilisé le digicode à l'intérieur du parking.
