Very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bathroom was or very high spec. with everything you need. The staff were all very friendly and made stay welcoming. We dinned in the restaurant which had a good selection and very reasonable priced menu.

Lovely stay! Everything is sparkling new and very friendly staff. Good location for exploring Cairngorms. Lots of eating options in walking distance. Good food in the hotel too.

Overall we had an excellent stay. The hotel is a little disappointing from the street but once inside things are greatly improved. The rooms in particular were spotless and must have been recently renovated. Our only area for improvement would be shelves in the (excellent) bathrooms to store toiletries. Breakfast was good and the evening meal was good quality if a little limited. The main plus point were the excellent, efficient and cheerful staff who we commend.

Everything about our stay was 5 star!! The staff, when checking in, was very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant staff were amazing. Their service was excellent. They were very friendly and outgoing. The place was immaculate. Very nicely decorated. The rooms were so beautiful!! If we were to visit again, I would definitely be booking this place again.
