Nice budget hotel, would stay again.
Great and very clean hotel. Comfy bed. Amazing location, near walking street and supermarket. The staff on reception was a little slow and took a while to check me in, but i did arrive after 10pm. Would stay here again when i return to pattaya.

Booked to stay here for 2 nights and ended up staying 4 more. Really nice big room, comfy bed, Friendly staff and good housekeeping. Good wifi. Big Spacious room and great location, not far from beach road and walking street. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great stay for the price
Everything you need for a stay in Pattaya! Full size fridge, AC, balcony; and if you smoke, this place is smoking friendly. The walk to walking street is like 8 mins...it can get tedious if you're walking back and forth everyday. Or you can just get a motorbike taxi for like 60 baht ($2) each way. Very quiet, staff was nice, daily room cleaning, and 2 free bottled waters per day. If you dont mind walking .4 miles to the beach everyday, this place is for you!

Absolutely amazing hotel. The lift wasn't working when I arrived so the staff carried my case up the stairs. The lift was working by the end of the day. A light was flickering in my room and the cleaning staff reported it for me and they was replaced straight away. The staff went above and beyond and the rooms were cleaned daily which was great. The rooms are very big and nicely decorated and it was great to be able to cook and eat in the room which is a great bonus. Also very close to Tukom but very quiet no noise from the street below. Would 100% stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet accommodation and well suited to me
Check in was no problem with a keyless entry system for the main door. I had a bid spacious room with good air con . The bedding and towels good of been nicer as they both seemed pretty old and thread bare.

Good.
The building spans across two streets and therefore, has a door on each road. Google maps will send you to the entrance opposite the Boutique City hotel and you cannot access the reception via this door as it is locked. The entrance is on the other road; next to Ristorante Italiano and opposite Holiday Homes / DMC Inter Law. The room was clean but very basic (e.g. no mirror in the room) with a sink for washing plates, etc (but no microwave or cooker) and a fridge. Shower was good with a curtain. 15 mins walk to Walking Street or central Pattaya.

Good for the price
Good convenient and relatively quiet location behind the TukCom centre. 2 mins walk from the food Market on Pattaya South road, and 10 mins walk from Walking Street. On check-in hot water system was broken but replaced by the time I returned to the room 3 hours later. Had issues with a leaking air con unit which kept on leaking after being fixed. Overall, the room was good for the price, and the staff were helpful when a query was brought up. I do wish, however, that they at least had "Do not disturb" signs so the cleaning ladies wouldn't interrupt your sleep/privacy when it was needed.

Very good value !
Great value , clean rooms, close to pratically everything except the beach but im not a beach person, but close to markets, shopping centres, walk to Pattaya shopping centres. Room was cleaned everyday, bed was a very big comfy bed, have lifts to all floors, 24 hour security patrols.
