O hotel atende o mínimo necessário. Básico demais.

O hotel é pequeno, simples e bem localizado. A equipe de atendimento muito simpática . A única coisa que me incomodou foi ter sido colocado no primeiro quarto em frente a cozinha . Não sei o motivo, mas não gostei devido ao baralho. O roupa de cama parecia bem velha. Servir suco artificial no café da manhã caí muito. Tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar .

Na hora do check-in falaram que so tinha aquele quarto, mas o mesmo estava com umidade pelas paredes, com o banheiro sujo e com forte cheiro de esgoto vindo do ralo, colocaram candida, mas o cheiro voltava.

O NAVEGANTES PRAIA HOTEL em Boa Viagem está muito bem localizado. Entretanto, acho válido ressaltar que NÃO TEM ELEVADOR e o predio é dd DOIS andares - com escadas íngremes! Acredito que o hotel PRECISA infornar idto em algum local nas publicidades, posts, pous gedrantes e idosos, caso sejam alocados para o segundo andar - em caso de "over" no primeiro, fica difícil e enfadonho o acesso! Os quartos sao espacosos!
