This place is really nice and super clean with modern design; we really enjoyed our staying there. Not very close to touristy area, but I can't say the location was not good as it was very close to Kappeli station. The only issue that made me not feeling 5-star was that there was not a fridge in the room.

Great hotel, little out the way of the centre of Zurich, but friendly and easy to get to on the tram. We got upgraded too, always a good thing. Only downside was flat pillows, asked for more but they never came.

The room was so nice! The bed was great and the coffee machine was so convenient. The view from the window was incredible and i would definitely stay again! Its far from any tourist areas that was the only small down side.

Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. I booked for two nights in the Panorama Corner room. We arrived late on our first night and they checked us into the wrong room (I think the Sunrise corner room). That room was very small and made the first night uncomfortable. They did fix the issue the next day when I asked at reception, but was slow to provide a working key to move rooms which took time. They did refund part of the fee of the first night to reflect the price difference in rooms, but didn't apologise when I raised the error. The correct room was nice and modern with plenty of space. I did find the hotel difficult to find in the dark. If you travel on public transport it is a short walk, but through a business estate with poor lighting.

Reception service was superb! The staff were helpful and friendly, and even went above and beyond to help us make a call in German since we dont have a local number. Room is value for money, location though not in town, is only 15-20mins away from airport. Only thing to note is that there is no AC since it is an eco friendly hotel but it didnt bother us since it is already autumn

The hotel has unfinished concrete walls and floors. The shower is behind a glass partition, but part of the room! the toilet is separate behind closed doors. The daily cleaning service was mediocre, not cleaning the floors in the bathroom, forgetting to renew the Kleenex and washcloths. The staff was friendly and helpful, but unexperienced. The daily breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant on the premises

In general it was a positive experience, but the room was very different from what we expected. Smaller than regular US hotel rooms, modern, but different setting of bath and toilet… The hotel rooms were on top flors of the building and the first 6-7 floors were offices. The location is far from city center, but public transportation is helpful.

Good for a couple of nights. There is no AC so it can get a bit warm even with the windows open. It's about a 20 min walk from the closest train station but you can bus or tram; you just need to know how. Not a lot of dining nearby if you are there on Sunday.
