Room smelled really bad upon check in the reservation desk associates took up alot of time and didn't greet us i purposely stood there and waited for hello how can I help you but they never said anything so I asked about making a reservation for room and the guy stated its going to be expensive for today about 500.00 dollars as if because im black I dont have 500.00 dollars I should've left and went somewhere else but my husband had a brain injury and stroke in 2019 so I didn't want to drag him off to another hotel during busy mardi gras traffic. We were put into the worst location and room very disappointing.

We had a volleyball tournament so decided to stay there because our kids was under 18. Wasnt to happy with the restaurants we had a child and they didn't want to give us a child menu. She's 10 but she didnt ask what the cut off for children was. She just didnt bring us a child menu. So i ordered her a appetizers. We did enjoy the game room.
