Bad Experience

Unpleasant experience - Items were stolen from our room while we were out during the day. Management was unconcerned and rude when theft was reported. Manager was just short of calling me a liar, saying her staff would not steal. I don’t know what to tell you other than the items were there in the morning when we left and were gone when we got back. Manager made no attempt to be helpful and told me to call the police, which I did! Needless to say, we will never stay here again as I would never feel comfortable staying there. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Management obviously doesn’t care about guests and their experience.

Peaceful and comfy!

The staff was really nice, our room was MASSIVE and had a kitchenette, which was helpful since we were stuck for 2 days due to bad weather. Room was very clean and just a really lovely stay. Would book here again if we needed to stay in Kingman again!

Nice stay in Kingman AZ

We were in an accessible room and loved the room. Very spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of room for luggage. I would have given the hotel 5 stars until we went to breakfast. No orange juice, no knives, no syrup, tiny muffins. For such a nice hotel, breakfast could have been better. For those with disabilities, especially someone in a wheel chair - the shower is in a tub so requires you to step over but lots of grab bars. If you use the bath chair, the soap and shampoo are above your head and behind you, unreachable. The shower head was high when we entered the room but is adjustable. We would definitely stay again but hope the breakfast improves. The employees were very helpful and gracious.

No tv service the night of my stay

On the night that I stayed the tv didn’t work because Direct TV satellite had gone out at the hotel. The girl from the front desk came up to the room and tried to reset it but it didn’t work. She said that Direct TV told her every tv would have to be reset individually. When that happens you need to have them send a technician to do that not the front desk. And the bathroom sink was slow to drain.
