The room carpet and floors were a little dirty. Breakfast was better at the other few Home 2 suites we visited. Otherwise the customer service was great!
The pool was completely shut down, with no prior warning. It was full of green water due to an apparent pump failure. They also had to shut off the water for 4 hours during the day. The hotel itself did not feel very clean. The breakfast had a very small selection, and the egg sandwiches looked like they had been there for several days.
Ac not working in hallls and rooms properly, on the third floor anyway. Was not told about dehumidifier up front, once we were finally let in the room with a master key i had to ask what it was for and was not shown how to use it. We felt uncomfortable and asked to have a refund and leave.
Unfortunately this property was not what I expected. My room was extremely dirty, it had a terrible odor, and the blow dryer blew cold air. I requested a new one but no one would respond to me. :(
