This hotel is a good, reasonably priced option in Budapest. It's location can't be beat. You're in the castle district, near major attractions on the Buda side, but in a quiet, safe area as well. There are several great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (both hot & cold) was excellent. The room is the reason that I took off one star. It's generally nice enough (clean) but lacked some basic amenities such as an iron/ironing board, etc. There were also no real drawers to put away your clothes, etc. We also had a minor issue with the toilet from time to time as it kept on "flushing" continuously but eventually we figured out how to make it stop. Overall, we had a good experience. iron/ironingboard, etc

Nice welcome and check in, good information and map given. All personel friendly and chatty. Grand dlx dbl room excellent, good size, clean, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Umbrella to borrow. Nice continental breakfast with option to order hot dishes. We had a nice dinner there as well. Nr 16 bus comes every 10 minutes to bring you to the Pest side. Only 3 minute walk from Mathias church and Fisherman bastion. Nice, calm area with easy access to the other side.

This place was amazing and at the heart of Buda area. The hotel and rooms were spotless and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful and the area is quite and peaceful. The room was clean & spacious, loved the bathroom facilities, the bed was like sleeping on clouds extremely comfortable. Close to the restaurant and 24hr access to drink or meals. We were in the heart of the castle district perfect location we loved it.
