House was in a great spot- can walk anywhere, no idea if they serve good, no one ever mentioned anything. Pool was amazing in the extreme heat. No hot water in upstairs shower. Air was cool in the bedrooms. Available pool/beach toys available to use. We had monkeys on the tree in our backyard. You can walk anywhere, which was great.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay! The suite was large and private, with a lovely and huge terrace to enjoy. The pools were delightful, and the location in town was easy access to all Samara has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely come back.

Great spot!
Villas verdes was a great spot for our family. Each one is a small little cottage. Ours had two bedrooms and a small kitchen. There are two pools available and a Jacuzzi (not heated). Its in a great location. Literally across the street there is a super market and next door there is a coffee shop. It's a short easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the town is on the same street. You can just walk to restaurants and shops everyday. You feel very safe there but they also have a security guard 24h as an additional safety feature. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a very bad expericiance. When my whole family git to the place to spend new year’s we got the sorprise that the house was already rented. And guess what. The neighbors said that was not the first time this had happend. Apparently the owner have the habit to rent the place multiple times at the same time. It is very irresponsable of him especially at this time of the year where is very difficult to find place. We found a very nice house with sea view that a really will recommend. Beside the house is very dated.

Highly recommend this lovely spot!
The owner/manager was amazingly kind and helpful. He did everything possible to make our trip exceptional. The rooms were large, and the kitchen fully functioning, with a beautiful pool. Excellent location and only a short walk to restaurants or the beach, with a market literally across the street. You won't be sorry if you stay here.while in Samara. A++

Hotel clearly states that you have until 9pm to check in, but when we showed up at 7:45 the security guard informed us the reception was closed and that there was no one he could call. We booked the room at around 6pm, so this means either they left 3 hours early, or they received the reservation and still left early before we arrived
