I will start by saying, Do NOT stay here. We arrived at this run down, disgusting looking building at check in time to find a back in 20 minutes sign and a sign out the front with names and rooms (ours had my incorrect name using my middle name). The room assigned to us was locked, so we waited the 20 minutes, which turned into two HOURS until some helpful person called the owner for us, who told us that the room we were meant to be in was not the one on the paper.
The room we received was filthy, dust everywhere, place was run down, aircon was on its last legs (you had to pay for it in 90 minute intervals), the matts were uncomfortable and the bedding felt horrible and scratchy, the bathrooms were shared and were completely gross, the bathtubs hot tap was also locked up with metal wire,the toilet had wires jerry rigged around the room and was so bad that using a public restroom was preferable, the kettle was broken, the washing machine and dryer were disgusting (also had to pay for them) and lights shone directly into your room from the next building over.
The entire stay we did not hear from the owner and every day we left we saw the back in 20 minute sign.
